Mochi is the world's most low-maintenance cat. She eats, she sleeps, she occasionally graces your lap. The house is gorgeous and Edinburgh is on your doorstep — perfect for a working remote sitter or someone who wants a city base. This is about as easy as house sitting gets.

Mochi · Cat, British Shorthair · 6yr

Strictly indoor cat. Fed twice daily (wet food, pouch in fridge). Refresh water bowl daily. Clean litter tray every other day. Loves sitting on laps while you work.

House rules

No guests overnight without prior permission. Keep Mochi strictly indoors — she's not streetwise. No smoking.

The house has a Sonos sound system, a brilliant kitchen, and a Netflix account. Edinburgh Festival Fringe starts July 28 — if you stay on, it's spectacular!
